When clients come to us with this question, we ask for the key details about the type and size of the event. However, there are a lot of other factors that influence the number of event security guards we provide at any given event.
Depending on the nature of the event, the Industry Standard is 2 guards for the first 100 Pax and then 1 guard for each additional 100 pax or part thereof. If it is an event where alcohol is served then it is compulsory fort the guard to have RSA. If it is an event for Under 18’s, WWCC is preferred.
